Meet the Team
Dr. Romanelli believes his greatest asset in treating his patients is not his office or his most advanced piece of dental equipment. Without a doubt, it is his staff. They are a wonderful group who have a genuine love for dentistry.
I’m a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and have been working in the dental profession since 1992. I began working for Dr. Romanelli in 1998 when I moved to the area from my home in Northern California. When not working I enjoy spending time with my family and following my kids in sports and other activities. I also enjoy riding my horse in my free time.
I was born and raised in Atascadero and am a third generation graduate of AHS. I’ve worked as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for 22 years including the last 17 years and counting with Dr Romanelli. I enjoy spending time with my family and supporting my kids in their sporting and 4-H activities. We also enjoy spending time at the beach and going to concerts.
I’ve been working with Dr Romanelli in the role of Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for 10 years now. I began working in the practice in 2008 doing fill in and vacation coverage and have gradually become a “regular fixture” in the practice working in a part-time capacity. My family and I have been long-time residents of Atascadero for many years. Outside the office you might catch me riding my motorcycle. I also enjoy fishing, hunting, and more recently playing the role of grandpa.
Although I’ve only worked for Dr. Romanelli since 2016, I’ve been a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for over 20 years. I’ve lived on the Central Coast for over 25 years including earning my undergraduate degree in kinesiology from Cal Poly. I earned my hygiene degree from Phoenix Community College while working weekends as a flight attendant. My husband and I live on acreage and have three grown children and lots of critters. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, caring for our pets, exercising, hiking, dancing, reading, and traveling. One of my passions is working with teens and young adults to help them flourish in the community.
I am privileged to have joined Dr. Romanelli's practice this year (2018).
For over 33 wonderful years, I have been practicing dental hygiene here on the central coast.I enjoy working with such an awesome team and look forward to meeting all of you!
I also advocate for senior health in our community, through my private practice, providing In Home Dental Hygiene Services.
Away from the office...My husband and I enjoy our small horse ranch with family and friends.
Lisa, Office Manager
I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to the Central Coast in 1986. Mark (Dr Romanelli) and I met in high school and dated for 7 years prior to marrying in 1982. My first career was in banking where I worked my way through the ranks from bank teller to Branch Manager over an 18-year period. For the next 18 years I had the opportunity to be a “stay-at-home-mom” and raised our three sons. In 2007 I assumed the role of Office Manager where I manage the non-clinical operations of the practice. Away from the office I enjoy working out, fine food and wine, travel, pleasure reading, and spending time with our growing family and close friends.
Deanna, Office Administrator
I was born and raised here on the Central Coast, I graduated from Morro Bay High School in 2004. I then moved to Paso Robles a couple years after meeting my husband Jason, together we have two kids, Brayden and Paizley along with two adorable dogs. I have worked in the office Administrative field ever since i was 16 years old, working for the Salinan tribe of San Luis Obispo and Monetery counties. In my down time I enjoy crafting, decorating and being outdoors. I also spend a good amount of my time being on the Paso Robles Youth Sports Council along with the Paso Robles Youth Baseball Board. With all that being said I am happy to be a part of Dr. Romanelli's office and getting the chance to work with such wonderful people everyday.
